Existential therapy is a state of mind that addresses where you are right now and how you got there.  Your locus of control is what provides peace and stability. The individual center is grounded in the belief system.  Adjusting your philosophy, causing you to be more flexible and accepting, will result in more adaptable behaviors.

I work in six weekly increments, because six sessions can make a difference.

awareness and acceptance of what is and what cannot be

changed.

It is only here that one can grasp the power to change oneself (Irvin Yalom, 1931).
